Zentrale IHG sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend. Es wurde nachträglich noch einmal nachgerüstet, da das Hotel das Geschäft gerne haben wollte. Sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat alles getan, um das Geschäft zu bekommen. Sehr gut.
